  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 1 cup (about 4 servings) 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, grated or pressed

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ⅓ cup light olive oil (or neutral oil)

  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  • While whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in the oil to emulsify the dressing.

  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese.

  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  • Serve immediately or store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Notes

  • For a stronger garlic flavor, use 2 cloves.

  • Light olive oil is recommended to avoid bitterness.

  • Add 1-2 anchovy fillets if you prefer a traditional Caesar flavor.
