1.5 pounds ground beef (90/10 preferred)

½ cup chopped bacon

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 large eggs

¼ cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons sour cream

½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Instructions

Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook Bacon: In an oven-safe skillet, fry the chopped bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside.

Brown Beef: In the same pan, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

Mix Topping: In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, sour cream, and salt. Stir in half of the shredded cheese.

Assemble Pie: Return bacon to the beef mixture in the skillet. Spread evenly. Pour the topping over the meat and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake: Place skillet in oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until center is set and top is golden.

Cool & Serve: Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 5 days.
